Known in the show ring as Buckwheat, this 15’3” hand
buckskin gelding makes an excellent addition to the
MVF team. He was originally purchased as a green
horse by Stacey Wolfson who trained and showed him
until she left for college. Buddha was then leased for
two years by Alyssa and Hazel Mullen. During their
lease, he taught them to have confidence in the show
ring where they would earn many great prizes. After
working with the girls, Buddha became a full time
school horse. He is a more advanced horse teaching
primarily jumping riders. He is often leased for
showing as he is a master at introducing a new show
rider to the competition ring. In 2010 Lindsey Cole
