2012 Daycamp Registration
Meadowview Farm daycamp is more than a camp experience; it is a safe, fun week for
all horse crazy students.  MVF has an experienced and safe staff of instructors to help
your child develop and refine basic equestrian skills, as well as learn proper grooming
and equipment use.  Your child will also learn basic stable management, horse
anatomy, creative art projects, interactive group games, and most of all, horse safety
with lots of “hands on” with our horses.  To end the week of fun, we will have a final day
competition for family and friends to come watch their progress.  Don’t forget your
camera for this event!
After arriving, the students will be assigned a horse for the week.  They will learn to
properly groom and tack their horse up and have an hour lesson.  After their
morning ride, they will typically have lunch and play some “horse games”.  The
afternoon will be filled with learning ways to care for your horse and tack, many
hands on activities and crafts.
